Boys Varsity Sweeps Re-Cap Remember to have faith in your team
Thanks for the great effort. Your scoring gap was nice, but we needed a few more in the top 20 or so. You guys
are good. Nick/Tyler be patient early and lead the charge, Cam/AJ/Mike work together to close the scoring gap to
under 20 seconds, JP/Alex run up with the team, stay connected the 2nd mile, have fun. Would have beat in a
duel meet, but we would like to close the scoring gap down under 20 seconds to compete with VM and others.

Girls Varsity Sweeps Re-cap, with 3-way scoring BL Great job Varsity Girls!
You gals showed some guts picking the Sweeps Race and you ran very well as a team. Believe in yourselves and
go to the front 30% of the race field in big races and compete from there. You can dot it, but we must adapt by
trying. Diana run in the top 10 of any race, you can do it, Jordan good job running up early keep at it, Deana run
as fast as you can, Marissa, Steph, Molly and Lauren keep running as a team and move up to Jordan and
Deana, let them do the early work. We will continue to get better.

Large Schools Soph Girls, Surprise!
This was a nice surprise today. This team really stepped up. Sub 60 second spread is very good for this group
on this course. Even tho we moved some girls up to help KV/Varsity, this team really got after it. Jennifer, Kaitlyn
and Margot ran their best races, Ully kept the team together and Christiana shut the door. Keren and Celena
looked healthy and ran solid times today. Great job ladies
